Complaint to the OBSSA against FNB... false/******* debt review

OBSSA, your report is absolute *******. It's a NB report.

I was never under debt review, even the NCR confirmed that I was never under review. That "so called" ******* Debt Counselling Company had no right to submit anything to the bank on my behalf. And the fact that the company in question was never registered with the NCR , which is in line with their regulations. This was an ******* transaction... period.

And that is the basis of my complaint against FNB.

Not for the OBSSA to reiterate the banks stance, but rather to investigate FNB ******* dealings with an ******* debt counselling company, not even registered with the NCR and to acknowledge that I was never under debt review.

The fact that I was over indebted or not, does not mean that I app**** for debt counselling nor does it mean that FNB had a right to institute ******* actions behind my back. Whatever proof is ********** and you chose not to investigate it, as you should have.

OBSSA decision was not independent or impartial & certainly not fair. I suppose it comes from NBFC Ombudsman being appointed by RBI to redress customer complaints against NBFCs. What redress, when the partnership is a mutually beneficial to both?

I reject OBSSA findings & I need a lawyer...

Where do we, as clients of #SABanks go when #OmbudsmanForBakingServices is not doing their work because all our complaints are not properly investigated and are not given the necessary attention they deserve. The ******* or unspoken relationship between #SABanks and the #OmbudsmanForBankingServices is operating using a false mandate... While, we as #SABanks' clients expect transparency and fair and impartial treatment, they on the hand encourage a culture of impunity and superiority amongst banks. Hence, #SABanks do not fear being found guilty of violating laws because the #OBSSA always rules in their favour, which has created a culture of #unaccountability #noncompliance #*******ion. This needs to change or the office of #OmbudsmanForBankingServices must no longer be recognised or it must become obsolete. #SARB heed these concerns.
