ON THE 20TH DECEMBER I HAD TRANSFERED MONEY FOR MY FNB ACCOUNT TO CAPITEC TO KEEP IT SAFE FOR JANUARY, DURING THE DAY THE APP ALERTED THAT THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT Minutes later, i went on my app and saw the money gone. A beneficiary was loaded and paid. I logged a ***** case with capitec... i was told that the funds was sent to discovery bank andf further chased to absa. Absa requested an affidavit which i did sent. The 30 day period has surpassed and yet capitec is failing in fighting for me. I will never bank with capitec again. They are a fly by night bank.
