CASES NOT RESOLVED.

I logged a complaint for case reference number *** and case reference number *** since May 2023. My cases have been escalated three tines already. I visited the Ombudsman offices to do follow ups and consultants handling my cases were not availabe. The banks are calling me and threatening me. What is happening to my cases. Why is it taking so long to make decisions. Can it be be one of the racial stunt pulling.
