Cannot toup insufficient funds bank account balances if I cannot access the fees payment mechanism

When are the banking services and or systems locally and or international going to stop trying to ****** me for fees payments and salaries where the labour market and or employer market is not clearly accessible where I must get the fees and or labour market salary to make deductions in order to pay forex for lawyer consultants and or pay local lawyer consultants to put a loan, grant and or mega loan, bursary etc, etc into an accessible bank account so that I may make purchases, buy and pay for things, where I have not been born with access to a source fund and or fund large enough to offset the upfront fees to for working purposes and or business?
