Banks Pay Banking ombudsman

I have been in contact with Mr 'Barry Thabani regarding a complaint against ABSA Bank,I revive Red reports from him,But he never responds to any E-mails i have send him. Mr Thabani acknowledges receipt of my complaint against ABSA on the 29 November 2018 I sent him Mails on the 17 January and the 28 February 2019 Till now he has not responded I feel that he is in cahoots with ABSA bank and is not willing to do anything against them. Who can we tern to If the banking Ombudsman is not willing to take the correct action againt BANKS??
