Banking OSTI Complaint

Good day, <br> We have a query we've lodged with the banking OSTI a while ago already.<br> We keep on being told lies about the progress of our matter.<br> We even have it on a recorded line where the banking ombudsman lies and does not want to assist.<br> <br> Can anyone make us aware as to what we should do to report the Banking OSTI.<br> This is insane, they supposed to be the ones to assist with complaints but we having more issues with them than with anyone else. It's been coming on since last year that every time you get given different dates and blame gets shifted or you get told, \sorry but i don't know what to say.\" <br> <br> I surely hope i'll get someone's attention to assist.<br> <br> "
