Banking ombudsman is just a toothless body.

A customer (Louis de Jongh) received funds 3 years ago from Germany and everything was above board. FNB Forex decided to keep the money in the suspense account. We have follow every rule in the book, and early this year we referred the matter to the banking ombudsman and todate nothing has happened. The ombudsman is now ignoring our emails. FNB Forex is a terrible institution to deal with. Diane Potgieter
