Bad Bad and embarrassment

In 2008 I bought a car in Witbank at Toyota garage. The car is Corolla 1.4 advance . Since then I was paying my instalments only to find out in 2015 October from credit beareu that the account was closed with zero balance. Nedbank statement states that the last payment was in March 2015 but I paid until 2017 May. Now I can't get the Natis papers from Nedbank and June 2019 when I go for the disk licence I find out that the car can be paid by Nedbank only not by me. When i talk to Nedbank they reffer me to MFC. What is MFC and Nedbank the different? Where must I go cos the car is with me without licence disk which was expired in June 2019
