The telephony system in place on the line *** is designed to avoid human contact. after requesting to speak to an operator 3 times I was put on hold. My call was not answered. Indtead the telephony system proceeded to ask me the same 3 questions I had already asked. If your offices are closed, your phone line should reflect the same.
