ASSESSMENT//14/06-0394//Magamana

I am writing this as mater of dissatisfaction with OBSSA regarding my case with FNB(ASSESSMENT//14/06-0394//Magamana). I have wrote emails several times to express my dissatisfaction with my case. I have raised several concern which OBSSA never bothered to investigate all i got short cuts to the investigations. I wrote the last email on the 12 February 2015 to get feedback. to this day i have not get feedback with point i raised. This mater is frustrating because FNB are getting away with ****** still charging me the service that i am not using. <br> <br> I hope this will get urgent attention because i feel treated unfairly with FNB and OBSSA.<br> <br> Regards<br> Brian Magamana
