Am going to enjoy my Christmas

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your prompt response in resolving my quiry. The Standard bank did not want to assist me and didn't even want to lend me an ear, for their own wrong doing. But at least am relieved this is not going to be a ruinous Christmas for me and my family.

The money has been received today after so much inconvenience and heartache. But am just glad that an amicable solution was reached.

Thank you for not shutting the door on my face, this gives hope that in this atrocious country there are still people who pride themselves in their jobs.
