Absa stole my money

Good day

I'm writing this on behalf on my cousin brother. He received an inheritance money on Thursday (R514 000) - When we woke up today there was no more in the account, the money was withdrew via cash send, they first withdrew R 500 000 and the other remaining R 14 000, When we visited the bank (ABSA) today ( 21 November 2020) they said they dont see where the money went and we've opened a case in the police station regarding this matter.

how this possible, a sum of R 514 000 leaves a bank without any paper trail. something does not add up. this is a urgent matter, please respond
