Im witting to express my profound disappointment regarding my experience with ABSA bank Central City Mabopane. On the 7 November 2023 a ceiling panel suddenly fell on my shoulder inside the bank, causing physical pain and emotional distress. No intermediate action was taken to ensure my well-being or provide any form of assistance. As a loyal client for more than 30 years i am extremely disappointed by the way the employees and the Manager of ABSA BANK CENTRAL CITY MABOPANE handled the matter without showing care and the mistreatment i received as an elderly person and their loyal client.
