Absa and ombud in bed, the SA way

They have gone the way of everything else in SA: ******* from top to bottom.

I needed help keeping the ABSA Trust vultures helping themselves to my inheritance and after 3 weeks of "investigating", never phoned or emailed me once, and let the banking official write the report (I swear to God) pronouncing them innocent. The ***** is shocking I've been forced to lay charges.
