I have no choice and have contacted the Capitec ombudsman and got and Advocate to assist with legal action against Capitec for the lack of service on my money that is clearly there and could have been given back to me long time ago but due to lack of service clearly was not a priority and empty promises with telling me 21 days in January and now sitting in month 6.
