The adjudicators appointed on matters concerning consumers and bank are not investigated at all. one wonders if the people investigating incidence if they know what they are doing or are they looking at the best interest of consumers or banks.

I had an incidence or a complain raised but the person or a guy by the name of Frans Maja just came back with what i know and not what i asked to be investigated and he even closed the file without talking to me , what a stupid individual and rude to the core. now i will have no choice but to refer the matter to the Hawks cause i believe that south Africans has prejudiced and if that's the case the bank concerned will have to be penalized.

I can see that he never even read my complain and if he did and did not understand he should have contacted me for clarity. Them and Dept of Labour are the same. not doing what they are supposed to be doing.
