Worst service ever by CGSO

On the 17th of September i fell victim to an online/instagram ****. Where i purchased sneakers and what got delivered to me was a total joke. An instagram store called Classy Boutiquer advertised a Puma and Nike air force sneakers which looked totally original with no disclosure in place that the sneakers are not originals. The sneakers that got delivered to me were bursting at the seams, 1 sneaker looks a different size to the other. They are squashed and look totally ridiculous. I was unsuccessful with the store with getting my refund then i turned to CGSO. I communicated with a lady called Ofentse who i have sent countless emails and called profusely in order to get her to communicate with the store. I feel she's not taking my case seriously, last i heard from her she sent an email saying she's waiting for communication from classy Boutiquer. That was weeks ago. I dont know how to escalate this, but the service is the worst from an organization that should be fighting for us/ protecting us from ********.
