Useless Comsumer goods Ombud

Logged a complaint against a supplier with the Consumer goods ombuds - all they did was contacted the supplier and got their side of the story and then rep**** to me to say case is closed and they could not help me. What a useless organisation - pathethic. Please tell me how you are helping consumers Do not waste your time contacting them
