Unfriendly reporting mechanism for the Consumer Ombudsman

When trying to lodge a complaint about Buffalo Logistic when I picked the type of service as courier the site referred me to ICASA which only deals with communications companies complaints. I have to pict a different service to be able to make the complaint.
