Bought a dress from an online store and never received it. Tried for two months to get anything out of the supplier but they were completely ignoring me. I found out about CGSO (Consumer goods and services ombudsman) online. They contacted me on the day after I submitted my complaint. Two days later the supplier contacted me for my details so that I could be refunded. I'm amazed and impressed at how fast the CGSO was able to assist.
