I dealt with Emmanuel as well as his manager Obakeng at the Consumer Ombudsman about a company that had not honored there contract.

To date since January they had not resolved a pretty straightforward case, in which for a new contract the company’s customer service manager is claiming they keeping the funds for an old contract, which was already squared up. They also did not provide them with the recording for the new contract and agreement I paid upfront for services they no longer rendering because they’ve blocked me because of someone else’s review.

I called Emmanuel and Obakeng on numerous occasions explaining the details to the T and providing them with solid evidence. They could not to date get an adjudicator to resolve the matter haven’t responded back in a month already. I have to beg them on a constant basis to do their jobs while they do nothing, they support the company’s into frustrating people to leave their money!
