Reimbur*****t

I had few problems with a service provider and wanted to get reimbursed. They came back saying I cannot get reimbursed. Consumer Ombudsman made extra sure that I do get reimbursed. Because of Consumer Ombudsman I reimbursed by the service provider.

I am very happy with their professionalism and services :)
