Outstanding Awesome Service!

I would like to give great appreciation to the service received from the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman, especially Keabetswe Seapi, the Complainant Administrator who from my initial request sent thorough communication and stipulated the process and timelines on what it would take to help me resolve a matter I was experiencing with a company that was giving me excuses after excuses for months instead of refunding my money after they accepted return of their poor quality goods.
