Ombudsman providing terrible service and empty promises

There shouldn't be a start for this review.

Since June, 5 of us has been querying a case with a travel agency with the ombudsman, Frans Maja and Bonita.

We have sent all the necessary documentation and proof. Since we sent this, the communication has been lacking and we've been needing to call after the ombudsman and keep getting they arent available, leave your name and case number. Many promises to call back, and yet none!

What is the purpose of your title?? Your job?? To correct service or to provide the same level of service we experienced with the agency we are asking you to help with? Extremely frustrated and disgusted in the system.
