Ombud not understanding business!

I have reported the company Puritech for i bought a RO machine and paid R50k for it brand new. I had to spend another R25k to get it to work and clean my first liter of water. All because in the end it turned out the machine were constructed incorrectly. Still i had to pay for the lack of knowledge of Puritech technician whom built this machine. Now the Ombud deems it fair and see no problem with this type of business behavior. If the Ombud does not want to protect us consumers, who will...?
