Need legal advise or assistance

I bought a car through Own a Rental in Ondekkers Gauteng today I send my husband to sort out some thing on the car because he did not have his licence with him they locked the car up in the yard my husband came to fetch me at work with one of of the workers I went with my licence and the manager still refused to release my car we paid our installment R5200. 00 since day one Feb this year and never missed an installment but the way we were treated today and the owner did not want to speak to us the Manager was ignoring us afterwards and continued talking to his workers my husband got very upset and shouted which I know was wrong but imagined been treated like a ***** and not one of their customers how can we go about as this was the worse experience I ever had and want to avoid this from happening to all other consumers out there. Own a Rental looked like a place I would refer more people but please don't ever support them they treat their customers like dirt
