Hellopeter am having challenge with regard to mtn company that seems to be above the law or rather the constitution of our country. If you recall I made review about mtn with regard them forcing me to take the fone I didn't want based of on poor service, I recieved from them. I ended being forced to take as I reported them to ambudsman but instead they sided with them. Now again I finished paying my contact or rather the data contract ended with mtn, I instructed mtn that I want nothing to do with them but they continued deducting monies from me. I lodged complaint with ambudsman twice in May 2023 to this day I am ignored by them and yet the I put in arrears by mtn for monies I know nothing about so to me this is first I came across ever since having contract with mtn. Now I don't know whether is there any advice I can get to escalate the matter forward as this is denting my image on credit buerox. Thanks hope you here from you.
