Horrible service

I am so disappointed, disgusted and angry with Juliet Mokgatle from consumer ombudsman in Soweto, Dube. I had a problem with a vehicle I bought and wanted her to assist me in resolving the issue. She was not helpful at all, she ignored my emails, when I call her I would get a message that its either she is out of office or on leave. Even today my problem hasn't been resolved. Bad service I must say. Very unprofessional.
