Ear pods and watch

I took out an upgrade on my cell c contract,, I was told I would receive a new handset plus ear pods and a watch, I received the phone when I contacted cell c to ask them where the balance of the order was being the ear pods and the watch which I did not receive, I was told to contact samsung promotions, they have pushed me from pillar to post and not responded to any of my e mails, they give you an 087 no to contact, I have tried to call that no for the past week with nobody picking up after holding for over half an hour. I expect delivery of my ear pods watch Nad compensation for my inconvenience
