Disappointed with consumer & service ombudsman

I reached out to cgso for help. Mpho Neluheni, the complaints officer responded with information that he is working on the complaint. It’s been more than a month now with no further update on the status. I sent several emails asking for update but nothing. It’s a little bit frustrating to keep asking for update and being ignored.
