Disappointed and shocked by what is happening here currently

I am really disappointed in having to write this review about them, as I have used them in the past and have never received such dismal service from them.

They are extremely unprofessional in not even bothering to respond to a simple case involving a supplier who refused to refund me although it broke down within 6 months of purchase as is provided for in section 55 of Consumer Protection Act.

The supplier has refused to refund my money for the return of their poor quality goods after misleading and false marketing, but the goods and service ombudsman cannot even be bothered to read my complaint properly to begin with and does not bother to respond whatsoever after trying to follow-up with them for months.

They were good about two years ago and they employed professional people who were skilled and knew the act. The people I have been dealing with there now are bringing this office into disrepute.

I am shocked by what is going on there now and how they are not even using the consumer protection act in trying to resolve a matter. They simply close your case by not even responding to you and ignoring you!
