Ongoing Issues with Defective Couches from Beares Furniture

I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a prolonged and frustrating issue with Beares Furniture regarding the defective couches I purchased from them in 2020.

Initially, the couches started tearing after a few months. I reported the issue, but it took over a year for them to collect the couches for repairs. Upon return, the couches were in worse condition, with mismatched colors and fabric coming loose. I complained again, and after some time, they replaced the couches with new ones.

However, the "new" two-seater couch began tearing within two days. I immediately reported the issue and sent photos. The store manager responded unhelpfully, questioning how I was using the couches. I was disappointed, as the purpose of buying couches is to use them.

I emailed Beares Furniture, and they eventually collected the two-seater couch for repair. Given my previous experience with their repairs, I stated that I wouldn't accept the couches if they weren't satisfactory. Despite this, they delivered the repaired couch, which I refused due to its subpar condition. They insisted I accept it.

The two-seater couch began tearing again, and I reported the issue, emphasizing that it was a factory fault. However, Beares Furniture refused to acknowledge this.

Recently, I was instructed to visit the store to choose from three lounge suites as a replacement. Although the options differed from my original purchase, I selected the best available option. Unfortunately, within a week of delivery, one of the new couches' legs came loose, and another part sank to the floor.

I contacted Beares Furniture, and they suggested I ***** it back in place. I requested someone to assess the issue, but they refused. This response is unacceptable, and I've never enjoyed functional couches from Beares Furniture without encountering problems.
