CGSO Ombudsman

I have logged a complaint with the CGSO Ombudsman on 07 November 2018. To date the matter has not been resolved. Emails are furnished to the Ombudsman and it will take several days to receive a response. I have been dealing with consultant Penelope Kwape and have escalated the matter to her senior Bonita who has not not responded to emails furnished.
