CGSO - no response

On 7 Nov 2023 I registered a complaint. A quick response was sent to me with a case number and a request for documents of proof. I immediately provided my contact person with such info, and that was the last I heard from them. 3 emails later - still no response! Even a polite response will be appreciated. Instead... no response.
