Awefull service from the consumer protection board

They are useless for any help. I paid almost R3000 for them in assisting met with my unsatisfied repairs at Brothers motors. They asked me to write a detailed report of what had happened. According to Duon they would compile their own report with a recommendation to the commissioner. But after almost 3 weeks of delays, they only did a copy and paste of my report with no recommendations at all. Since then we haven't heard anything from them and have no support from them to finalize my case. If they are not willing to help the public against **********, where do we go then?
