Worst insurance

The worst customer experience to date and it’s not even my policy.

My mother’s phone was ****** at a Funeral, in her bag that was in the same room as her. Apparently it’s deemed as negligence. For someone who has been on their insurance policy from Telkom for 4 years now. It took them a month to communicate and give feedback back. What nonsense is this? Most insurance take less than 48hours to process everything as a cell phone is the single most used device DAILY!
