WORST EVER

I have been more then patient with the claim I am doing. I handed in my device on 27.12.24 and today is 19.03.25 and I am told today only that the claim was approved and access must be paid before the phone gets fixed. How on earth can a claim approval take this long. I am forced to take this matter to social media and the Ombudsman. Your service is pathetic
