Unhappy client

It has been 1 month waiting for replacement of cell phone. Today I was told by the guy name TSHEPO that where are they suppose to get phone? I explained that Patricia told me that I will definitely receive my phone after a month and I patiently waited whitout calling or emailing them. Now that the time has come for me to receive my phone I am be told or asked where are they supposed to get the Honor 600. Patricia has been avoiding my calls today dated 01 June 2026, I spoke to different people their names are as follows Patricia, Sharon, Thokoza and the disrespectful TSHEPO who said his the MANAGER and asked WHERE IS HE SUPPOSE TO GET THE Phone. I told him that I can't tell him how to do his job why is he asking me that question that he knows I don't have an answer. I paid the the access fee on the 24 April 2026 and to date I'm still with no phone.
