This insurance is a Nightmare

They don't communicate, you have to follow up yourself, i submitted my claim on the 18th of June till to date my claim is still under claim review 😡, worse I'm the one calling them, they not communicating. When I ask for their physical address they refuse. Sad part is that they debit the money on time but when we claim they go back and forth,I am frustrated right now😡.
