TelkomSA_OMART_WWS you are the pits of hell!

Since I had submitted a claim for my lost iPhone 11 early May 2025, I have been frustrated with the level of service that WWS and OMART have been giving me as a paying client, and I blame TelkomSA for this. It is past mid July now and I am told that my claim is with the insurer with no outcome yet. A claim cannot sit for over a month with these people while debit orders go off on my account every month, what am I paying for really? Even the contract with Telkom is paid up since March 2025, what is going on with these people and why are they not providing any feedback to people who bring them business.

I am beyond frustrated with all of them and what I will not do is be rude to an operator who's job is to simply answer a call from a client like me. I want to to speak to whoever can provide answers and I will keep calling until I get an answer for the money that I have been paying.
