Telkom All Risk Insurance Poor Service

My name is Neliswa Msomi.I'm currently experiencing a very poor service by the Telkom All Risk Insurance undewritten by OMART. I have been paying for my cellphone insurance for almost 2 years and it was recently ****** at my workplace. I made a claim on the 17th of May and since then I haven't received any positive feedback. When I do follow ups, they always tell me that they still processing my things😥

I wouldn't encourage people who want to insure their cellphones to go with the TELKOM ALLRISK INSURANCE, IT'S S ****..
