POOR SERVICE

POOR SERVICE. I made a claim in July after my phone got ****** and I still don't have a phone. They keep making me ran around in circles about my address not being found on the map,gave an alternative address for a work place and they had an excuse for not delivering there. I gave an address for collection at a Telkom branch, they asked for a consultant name and their numbers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
