Poor pathetic service

Poor service, bad communication, charged R4500 excess & phone is not repaired properly - still faulty. Shocking & disappointing - no invoice or details on work that was carried out - no follow up or any sort of communication. 1st claim in 2 & half years, horrified of the poor service. Do not recommend - zero star rating.
