Omart Insure is the worst insurance ever!

I joined the insurance under the name iStore insure. I thought I'd never have problems. I lost my phone and it's been 4 weeks now, no communication no assistance even when I try to follow up. Definitely shopping for a new insurance. They're quick to take that installment yet show zero interest in assisting clients. Poor service!
