*********** Omart Insure for Telkom Mobile

This is a follow from their response on Monday last week when I was marking 21 days out of their 7 - 14 days promise to get the ball rolling and they havent even contacted me excep their reply here.

Now am on 28th day still without a phone apparently still doing what they we doing 28 days ago, assessing.

Am dissappointed at my company Telkom for choosing such a useless Insurance Company, they are degrading our services as a company, let alone out utilities which we use with these phones.

The 28 days for the Ombusman has ellapsed, now I can put on a claim on their side.
