Omart insure and company that is difficult to get fair payment

We have a client that has lost his entire business and was insuranced for R2,1 million claim no. TRM 11201 and after submitting a substantial amount of financial data even though the records were burnt fully the company are only willing to pay 47% of the claim which is grossly unfair in this circumstance. The client has done his best scratching around. This company makes payment difficult and stressful
