Omart Insure a Nuisanse of Note

Today marks 28 days since my claim and for the first time they communicated.

Apparently, my phone was lost in a public place. Thats my home where the phone was lost.

Apparently, phones, according to them, can only be paid out when they are lost in private spaces.

I wonder why we ven bother with insurances.

Now anothe 28 days is on the cards if and when I follow their dispute claims and other platforms to dipute their findings.
