Disappointing Customer Service by Telkom Insurance underwritten by Omart Insure

My sister has been trying to claim her phone for almost a month, the consultants are so *********** and unresponsive. The case has been handled by 6 different consultants who keep asking the same questions over and over and delaying the claim process. She insured the phone through Telkom underwritten by Telkom, she is now resorting to buying a new phone when she has been paying insurance for so many years. Their customer service is so disappointing.They are now ignoring our emails.
