Bad claim handling process

I have recently lost my Samsung Galaxy S25+ and made a claim a week ago.

They said I will receive feedback regarding the claim, but I had to consistently follow up on them. The turn around time from Telkom Site states 7 days but how everything is progressing, I have no hope.
