Polo Vw

Good day I bought my Vw polo at Omar's auto on the 12 December 2019 on the 5th of January 2020 I complain about the ignition that is not working and they refuse to fix my car reason being I bought a car without a warranty. I complain to the ombudsman and the recommendation was for me to take my car for inspection and they refused to look at the car as I'm still driving the car with the same problem. I must push my car every time wanna drive it
